About Jens

Jens Nielsen has spent 37+ years leading teams and operations across IT, telecom, real estate, business ownership, and coaching — beginning with an apprenticeship in 1989, followed by 29 years in IT and telecom leadership, and the last several years building a real estate portfolio and coaching practice.

He has owed 2,500+ multifamily units and several warehouses through Open Doors Capital and has coached 120+ business owners through the transition from operator to owner.

That path — apprenticeship, IT/telecom leadership, real estate, entrepreneurship, and coaching — is why the work is practical. The frameworks came from running things, not from reading about them.
