What is High Performance?

High Performance is succeeding beyond standard norms and consistently, over the long-term, while maintaining your well-being and your relationships.

You know you are living a High Performance life when you experience that on-going feeling of full-engagement, joy and confidence that you only get when you are consistently living from your best self.

  • Weekly/Monthly Call:

    We will meet weekly or monthly depending on your agenda or your desire to grow for 1 hr either via phone call or Zoom.

  • Additional Support:

    At the end of each session, you will receive a summary of the discussion, along with the commitments made during the session. Also available upon request, if you choose to Zoom, will be a recording of our session for your review. In addition to the summary, I will also send you a worksheet to continue your exploration and deepen your self-understanding.

  • SESSION #1 - FOCAL POINTS

    Our first session is all about getting some baseline facts: Where do you give your focus? How much control you feel you have in your life? What habits have you implemented which are either supporting or hindering your success.

  • SESSION #2 - CLARITY

    Our goal this session is to understand where you have strengths and gaps in the amount of clarity you have in your life right now.

  • SESSION #3 - ENERGY

    In this session, we'll aim to understand how much energy you have each day and how to amplify it to higher levels so that you have the vibrancy and stamina needed to achieve your goals and live a fully charged life.

  • SESSION #4 - COURAGE

    In this session, we will discuss where you feel you’ve been confident and courageous in life, and where you might be holding back or backing down in some situations.

  • SESSION #5 - PRODUCTIVITY

    To examine how productive and effective you feel in life and work, and to give you a set of tools and concepts to help you quickly and easily improve those areas.

  • SESSION #6 - INFLUENCE

    We'll gauge how influential you’ve felt in your relationships and career, and give you a few tools and concepts that will raise your level of action and influence.

  • SESSION #7 - PSYCHOLOGY MASTERY

    Starting with psychology, we'll start going deeper into the six pillars of High Performance.

  • SESSION #8 - PHYSIOLOGICAL MASTERY

    Here, we'll check in on your energy and physiology work from a few weeks/months ago, and to give you a few more tools in activating your physiology in a way that makes you feel stronger and more vibrant.

  • SESSION #9 - PRODUCTIVITY MASTERY

    Our goal this session is to check in on how productive you’ve been and to see how we might help you become even more effective.

  • SESSION #10 - PERSUASION MASTERY

    In this session, we'll revisit session #6 and deepen our exploration of how persuasive and influential you’ve felt in your relationships and career, and to give you some additional tools to raise your overall level effectiveness in these areas.

  • SESSION #11 - PURPOSE

    Our goal this session is to gauge how well you feel you have been living and leading purposefully.

  • SESSION #12 - COMMITMENT TO HIGH PERFORMANCE

    Our goal this session is to check in on your performance and define your best areas for commitment and discipline moving forward.

Same as with the Initial Sessions, we will meet weekly or monthly depending on your agenda or your desire to grow for 1 hr either via phone call or Zoom and you will get the same level of additional support.

The Charge Sessions are based on the 10 Human Drives which are your desires for more control, competence, congruence, caring, connection, change, challenge, creative expression, contribution, and consciousness. These drives shape everything you think, feel, and do in life, so understanding and mastering them is critical to your success and happiness. In these sessions, we’ll go deeper into your mindset, strategically activating these drives on a consistent basis to better understand what really drives you and what makes you come to life.

  • SESSION #1 - 10 HUMAN DRIVES ASSESSMENT

    The goal of this short assessment is to help you identify areas for improvement in the 10 Human Drives listed above.

  • SESSION #2 - CONTROL

    Control is an important topic in high performance, because if you feel out of control, or you control the wrong things, you can end up feeling uncertain, disappointed, or unfulfilled.

  • SESSION #3 - COMPETENCE

    Competence is our knowledge, skill and ability in any area of life. It’s an important topic in high performance because if you don’t feel competent at something, you feel less confident in trying it.

  • SESSION #4 - CONGRUENCE

    Congruence is the feeling we have when we are living in alignment and integrity with our beliefs and values. It means we are being who we want to be on a consistent basis. When we feel in integrity with our highest self, we feel a sense of pride and fulfillment with life.

  • SESSION #5 - CARING

    Caring is so important to our ability to feel psychologically safe and accepted. If we are cared for, and we have deep caring for others, we feel happier and healthier. The more we’re cared for, the more engaged and grateful. The more we care, the more we give.

  • SESSION #6 - CONNECTION

    We often talk about connection in high performance: connection with our mission, ourselves, with others, and connection with the moment. We'll focus on the relationship angle.

  • SESSION #7 - CHANGE

    Everything we’ve spoken about in coaching has an element of change to it. Change is how we adapt, grow and actualize our best selves.

  • SESSION #8 - CHALLENGE

    You already know how important challenge is in high performance coaching. It’s central to everything we do – to always be willing to push ourselves to our highest level of growth and contributions.

  • SESSION #9 - CREATIVE EXPRESSION

    Creative expression is all about how you share your unique identity with the world. It’s about sensing and exhibiting the true you.

  • SESSION #10 - CONTRIBUTION

    Contribution is one of the great drives in our life. It makes us look outside of ourselves and find meaning in what we do. It’s the secret to feeling like we’ve made a difference and served a purpose beyond our needs.

  • SESSION #11 - CONSCIOUSNESS

    Seeking a heightened consciousness or awareness of ourselves, surroundings and spirit is one of the great marks of the human species. We want to be awake and in touch with our own senses and surroundings.

  • SESSION #12 - CELEBRATION

    Our goal for this session is to celebrate your success and progress and examine your continued areas for growth.

The Declaration Sessions are just that; you declaring what your intentions are for your life. We’ll explore whether or not you are living authentically, in essence whether or not you are being yourself without fear and free of the judgement of other people, and if you have the ability to do things that you feel are meaningful. Often, people are so focused on comparison that they don’t feel free. With these sessions, we’ll be pushing more on your ambition and decisiveness.

  • SESSION #1 - PERSONAL FREEDOM

    Our goal this session is to identify what would make you feel even more free and happy in the present moment, and to begin shaping an even more ideal future vision for you. It’s about feeling and achieving a sense of freedom.

  • SESSION #2 - FEAR

    In this session we'll continue our conversations about what the ideal future would be like for you, and specifically address any fears you might have about pursuing your goals as boldly as you are capable of.

  • SESSION #3 - MOTIVATION

    Our goal this session is to identify what would make you feel even more motivated. We’ll talk about your ambitions and the habits you have for sustaining motivation over the long haul.

  • SESSION #4 - PRESENCE AND POWER

    In this session, we'll check in on your presence – your mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual awareness - and to see how engaged and empowered you feel in the major roles of life.

  • SESSION #5 - RECLAIMING YOUR AGENDA

    Our goal this session is to identify what you want your life agenda to really be about, and to discover where you might be able to live even more purposefully.

  • SESSION #6 - DEFIANCE

    In this this session, we'll discover what “Defiance” is, that internal resistance we feel that sabotages our ability to grow or connect.

  • SESSION #7 - ADVANCE

    Our goal this session is to discuss ways that you might be able to advance more boldly or consistently toward your dreams. We’ll also talk about how you can finish the important projects you’re working on more quickly and without hesitation.

  • SESSION #8 - JOY

    In this session, we'll explore how we can bring even more positive emotion and experiences into your life.

  • SESSION #9 - INTEGRITY

    Our goal this session is to check-in to see if you are being congruent and where you feel you are compromising or rising up. Integrity is about having intention and commitment for who we wish to be, how we want to treat others, what we wish to give.

  • SESSION #10 - LOVE

    In this session, we'll help you connect to your heart and deepen your most important relationships.

  • SESSION #11 - GREATNESS

    Our goal this session is to identify what greatness means to you, and how you could inspire others to live a life of greatness as well.

  • SESSION #12 - SLOWING DOWN TIME

    In this session, we'll discover where you can become even more mindful and appreciative of the simple moments of life.

With the Leadership Sessions, we’ll work on defining what leadership means to you, examine the leaders you have had in their lives and identify what your ideal leaders look like. These sessions are all about the legacy you want to leave and the level of assertiveness you are exhibiting in your life.

  • SESSION #1 - REFLECTIONS

    We’ve all had leaders in our lives – sometimes they were our parents, teachers, mentors, employers, team, or aspirational heroes. We’re going to dive into how they’ve impacted you today, and how you perceive your role as a leader in your personal life, family, career, and community.

  • SESSION #2 - DEFINITIONS

    In this session, we'll dive deeper into the kind of leader you’d like to be, and how you define leadership in the first place.

  • SESSION #3 - LEADING OTHERS

    Our goal this session is talk through your philosophy of how great leaders actually work with others.

  • SESSION #4 - LEADERSHIP FRAMEWORK

    Our goal this session is introduce you to the framework for leadership that we’ll be using as a guide for this and future sessions. It’s a framework that can help you consider different aspects of your leadership journey.

  • SESSION #5 - ENVISION

    Our goal this session is to discuss your vision for your life and for those you lead.

  • SESSION #6 - ENLIST

    Our goal this session is to discuss how you enlist others to support you, help shape the vision, build culture, and achieve goals faster.

  • SESSION #7 - EMBODY

    Our goal this session is to discuss how you embody your message - the values, work ethic, and integrity they espouse to others.

  • SESSION #8 - EMPOWER

    Our goal this session is to discuss how you empower others to succeed.

  • SESSION #9 - EVALUATE

    Our goal this session is to discuss how you go about evaluating your performance and your team’s progress and ethics.

  • SESSION #10 - ENCOURAGE

    Our goal this session is to how you encourage others in active and symbolic ways, so they stay more motivated and effective.

  • SESSION #11 - REVIEW

    Our goal this session is to identify how you review your progress and develop mastery

  • SESSION #12 - SCALE

    In this session, we'll discuss the scaling of your vision and how you can push to scale your impact in the world.
